Milestone Portraits

This little doll is almost one year old and I was so excited to get to not only shoot her newborn pictures and six month picture but now her one-year pictures.  We shot them a little early in order for them to be decoration at her birthday bash.  She is so photogenic and a sweet little doll she almost just makes it too easy.  Her Mom had lots of fun ideas and cute outfits.

 Also, she wanted to make sure we got close ups of her hands, feet, eyes, nose, belly.

Then we took her to the park for a little outdoor fun and set up a cute little vanity.  

The framed picture is her parents maternity pic of her.

Sweet Sisters Shoot

I just love photographing kids!  Every session if different - some easier than others but I am always ecstatic to see the results.  These adorable girls that follow weren't super excited about posing for a stranger and nap time was definitely on their minds but look at these sweet sweet faces!  We got some great shots!

Christmas Card

This is one of the Christmas cards I designed for my friends and their sweet 6 month old little girl.  I was so fun to do this photo shoot and design this card.  Here are some of the other great shots we got.

Branching out into Photography

Recently I have had more and more opportunities to photography friends and family and I am loving this adventure.  Here are some of the sneak peak shots from shoots I had a couple weekends ago.  I'm looking forward to my upcoming shoots over the Thanksgiving holiday.

Looking for a light-hearted and funny family picture for their Christmas card this year we had a great time taking silly pictures and the boys i'm pretty sure thought it was the best photo shoot possible.

Hope Mommies Brochure

Wedding Program

A coworker commissioned me to design his wedding program.  In an effort to keep the cost low we decided a one page program would be best.

Another Baby Shower Invite

Well I am certainly in the season of life filled with baby showers! Such a joy to celebrate a new life and I always love showering friends and family in this exciting time.  This invite was an easy one... my momma-to-be showed me a picture of her nursery bedding and there was instant inspiration!

I also had the privilege to take this new family-to-be maternity photos.  They are such a sweet couple and did awesome at the shoot. We really utilized the local park.  I almost lost the camera to a disc golf "slice" but it was all worth it in the end. :) I think there were some very sweet shots that I hope they are able to enjoy them for a lifetime.

I'm so proud to be a part of the beginning of Hope Mommies.  My sweet friends is following her heart's calling to start Hope Mommies a non-profit organization with the sole purpose to come alongside moms who have experienced infant loss, bringing comfort, encouragement, companionship, and the hope of Christ as they continue to walk this side of eternity without their beloved son or daughter.

I decided that since we didn't have a lot of money to spend this Christmas that creating notecards for our neighbors would be something different and fun. I didn't have a way to really package them so I decided to also create a homemade box.
