Branching out into Photography

Recently I have had more and more opportunities to photography friends and family and I am loving this adventure.  Here are some of the sneak peak shots from shoots I had a couple weekends ago.  I'm looking forward to my upcoming shoots over the Thanksgiving holiday.

Looking for a light-hearted and funny family picture for their Christmas card this year we had a great time taking silly pictures and the boys i'm pretty sure thought it was the best photo shoot possible.

Hope Mommies Brochure

It's been a while since I have added anything to this online portfolio but that isn't for a lack of work.  I have been busy creating, planning, and adding equipment.

Wedding Program

A coworker commissioned me to design his wedding program.  In an effort to keep the cost low we decided a one page program would be best.

Another Baby Shower Invite

Well I am certainly in the season of life filled with baby showers! Such a joy to celebrate a new life and I always love showering friends and family in this exciting time.  This invite was an easy one... my momma-to-be showed me a picture of her nursery bedding and there was instant inspiration!

I also had the privilege to take this new family-to-be maternity photos.  They are such a sweet couple and did awesome at the shoot. We really utilized the local park.  I almost lost the camera to a disc golf "slice" but it was all worth it in the end. :) I think there were some very sweet shots that I hope they are able to enjoy them for a lifetime.

I'm so proud to be a part of the beginning of Hope Mommies.  My sweet friends is following her heart's calling to start Hope Mommies a non-profit organization with the sole purpose to come alongside moms who have experienced infant loss, bringing comfort, encouragement, companionship, and the hope of Christ as they continue to walk this side of eternity without their beloved son or daughter.

Christmas Present for my Neighbors

I decided that since we didn't have a lot of money to spend this Christmas that creating notecards for our neighbors would be something different and fun. I didn't have a way to really package them so I decided to also create a homemade box.

Creation Cards

Here is a box and cards that I had the privilege of designing. I had never actually created a full box and cards that actually went into mass production. Pretty fun.

These cards are supplements to the Creation Proclaims DVD's of which I designed the jacket covers. The cards have creature facts on the back as well as scripture that proclaims the uniqueness of God's creation.

I'm looking forward and hoping to create more box and cards for each volume.
